Susan B. Sampson
Susan was born in Montclair, New Jersey. She earned an Associate's Degree in the Executive Assistant Program from Aquinas Junior College, Newton, MA in 1983 and a Paralegal Certificate from Providence College, RI in 2001.
Susan’s legal work experience encompasses 20 years, first as a Legal Executive Assistant from 1987 through 2001 and a Paralegal at White & Associates from 2001 through the present. Her practice has been exclusively in the area of complex civil litigation. She focuses on all phases of trial preparation and the full spectrum of paralegal support.
Kristen M. Banno
Kristen was born in Warwick, Rhode Island. She earned an Associate’s Degree, with Honors, in the Paralegal Studies Program, as well as a Paralegal Certificate from the Community College of Rhode Island in 2017.
Kristen has two years’ experience as a legal secretary and administrative assistant in litigation with White & Associates, where she worked while pursuing her degree in paralegal studies. Kristen assumed the position as paralegal at White & Associates following the successful completion of her studies. She focuses on litigation and trial preparation.
Courtney R. Grace
Medical – Legal Assistant
Courtney was born in Providence, Rhode Island. She earned a Professional Medical Assistant Certificate from The Salter School, MA in 2009.
Courtney worked as a Certified Medical Assistant in a primary care office in Fall River, MA from 2009 until 2018, where she progressed through and worked in all phases of patient care delivery. Courtney joined White & Associates in 2018 and focuses on preparing medical chronologies and investigating and analyzing medical issues during the discovery phase of litigation.
